Shots fired at the Portland protest zone. According to witnesses, eight or nine “juveniles” beat the sh*t out of this guy during some sort of altercation, then chased him several blocks. He fired at least one shot and his gun is now missing, according to cop

KATU reports Police have two people in custody after a shooting Sunday evening near the protests outside the Federal Courthouse in downtown Portland.
Police said one person was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound, that person is expected to survive the injury.
Initial reports came in at about 7:25 p.m. of a gunshot near Southwest Fourth Avenue and Salmon Street.
Portland Police said they took one person into custody immediately, and then added that a second person was detained a short while later.
It’s still unclear what led to the shooting. Witnesses tell KATU it started with an argument between several different people. They say there were several guns involved and at least one went off.
The area is a block away from where protesters have been clashing with federal officers, who were called to Portland amid ongoing demonstrations calling for racial equity and reform in law enforcement.
