321,007 Republicans voted early compared to 279,968 Democrats.
Another 111,675 with no party affiliation also voted early.
Democrats lead in total ballots cast with 1,428,664 voting by mail compared to 900,828 Republicans voting by mail.
Democrats also have more vote by mail ballots outstanding that have not yet been returned than Republicans do.
