BREAKING: Illinois teen charged with murder in shooting during Kenosha protests

Kyle Rittenhouse, 17 has been charged with first degree intentional homicide after two were fatally shot during a BLM protest in Kenosha yesterday.

Rittenhouse can be charged as an adult according to Wisconsin law. Kyle is currently considered a “fugitive from justice.”

Some believe Rittenhouse acted in self defense. Video shows he appears to have been chased by a group charging him prior to shooting.

Drew Hernandez wrote “It appears an armed citizen was defending the car dealership and opened fire on the rioter who was attempting to vandalize or burn the dealership down Before this shooting took place, the rioters were planning to burn down their “next car dealership””

Progressive activist Shaun King wrote “He didn’t even own this gun legally. But because he was white, FOR HOURS, police watched Kyle Rittenhouse walk all over town with it, and just gave him a pass. Then he murdered men and maimed others. Then walked right past police and drove himself to Illinois.”

In a video shared prior to the incident the teen was asked what he was doing.

He replied “So people are getting injured and our job is to protect this business.”

“And part of my job is to also help people. If there is somebody hurt I’m running into harms way. That’s why I have my rifle because I need to protect myself obviously. I also have my med kit” he added.
