Moments ago, appearing on “Hannity” on Fox News, Senator Lindsey Graham said “We’ve got the votes to confirm” Justice Ginsburg’s replacement before the election “and that’s what’s coming.”
Graham also said “We’re going to have a process that you’ll be proud of.”

Two Republican Senators – Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Susan Collins (Maine) have said they will not vote for a SCOTUS vacancy before the election.
All eyes have been on Republican Senators Mitt Romney, Chuck Grassley and Cory Gardner who have yet to make official statements but are widely seen as the most likely to side with Democrats and Murkowski/Collins if there are additional defections.
It’s unclear at this point if Lindsey Graham was speaking based on inside knowledge of the choices these Senators have made or was merely speculating and projecting confidence in what they will decide.
