BREAKING: Democrats fume as Trump pardons Roger Stone and Paul Manafort

Moments ago, Maggie Haberman of the NY Times announced President Trump has pardoned Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, and Charlie Kushner.

Haberman wrote “NEWS – Trump pardons Stone, Manafort, Charlie Kushner. Story TK.”

She added “Latest wave of commutations and pardons is bigger than list released last night.”

Several Trump critics are already sounding off against the pardons.

Lawrence O’Donnell wrote “Trump is trying to create pardon outrage fatigue by the time he pardons himself and his children.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper wrote “Current swamp status” and shared an animated GIF.

Howard Forman wrote “Still hasn’t gotten to the bottom of the barrel: his children and himself.”

Another Twitter user wrote mockingly “Next up: Charles Manson, Mark David Chapman, & The Devil”

Tuesday, prior to Trump’s announced pardons of Stone and Manafort Rep. Adam Schiff tweeted:

Trump can pardon those convicted of lying for him, but it doesn’t change the facts:

Trump and his campaign asked for help from the Russians, welcomed that help, made full use of it, and then lied to cover it up.

But it does prove one more thing: Trump is corrupt to the end.
