“Cosby Show” star Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction has been overturned by Pennsylvania’s highest court and he will be released from prison.
The court said Wednesday an agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented him from being charged in the case.”
Cosby, who is 83 years old has been serving a sentence of three to 10 years. April of 2018, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in Cheltenham, outside Philadelphia.

But once that agreement was made, it was wrong for prosecutors to then prosecute Cosby. The government should not violate 5th Amendment rights, period.”
