Bail fund promoted by Harris, Teigan helped man accused of sexually assaulting 8 yr old girl get out of jail

The Minnesota Freedom fund, a bail fund promoted by Biden running mate Kamala Harris and a slew of celebrities helped a man accused of sexually assaulting a 8 year old girl get out of jail in July.

The bombshell comes from court documents obtained by the Daily Caller News foundation.

According to the DailyCaller “Timothy Wayne Columbus, 36, faces up to 30 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl in 2015, court records show. He was released from a Minneapolis jail in early July on $75,000 bail, according to jail records.

One day after his release, Columbus signed a document asking the court to return any refunded bail to the MFF, indicating that the fund played a role in securing his release from jail, a court document obtained by the DCNF shows.”

June 1st, in a Tweet that is still up at this time, Kamala Harris wrote “If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”

In addition to Kamala Harris a slew of “A list” celebrities donated to the Minnesota Freedom Fund as well.

13 staffers of Biden also donated to the fund, which raised $35 million.
